360-Impact provided a great experience purchasing a sliding glass door.

Estimator John Ruppe was informative and helpful without being pushy. He was completely attentive to my needs. Anna in the office was accommodating updating me with the manufacturing process, scheduling. The installers, J & J, did a fantastic job removing the old door and installing the new one, taking care to clean up afterwards. Very friendly and easy to talk with.

Both the owner, Chad, our Salesman John, and Anna followed up to ensure my complete satisfaction.

I highly recommend 360 iMPACTImpact for window and door needs.

Recently had all windows in my house replaced by 360Impact. Installers did an excellent job, were friendly, continualy asked if everything was up to my liking. I did follow around the progress during install, requested they replace a couple of the bunder boards after pulling the window, they were already on it with new wood. Windows were fabricated and assembled by Eastern Architectural Systems, their top of the line "Bertha" model with the glass manufactured by Cardinal Glass here in Florida. Love the windows, they look great and from the original single pane windows to the now double pane, Argon gas fill impact windows seeing a improvement in thermal efficiency and less running of the A/C system. I had four different contractors in for look over the job and provide quotes, 360 Impact was not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive so in my opinion at this time based on window quality, excellent installation it was money WELL spent.

I contacted 4 companies for the windiw replacement and work I wanted done. Jeremiah gave me every reason to do business with them while the other 3 companies gave me several reasons not to do business with them. Jeremiah set expectations that my wife and I were very comfortable with. Yavaney and his crew far exceeded our expectations at installation. Great Company, Great Staff, Great Product, Happy Satisfied Customer! Sounds like a perfect plan for success and getting more than what you expect.

From the original discussion to all the follow up for grands and rebates application John was right on top of the issue. Sadly, after IAN there were many shady contractors around so my faith in trades had been badly damage. Thanks to John, his crew and the office faith restored.
